Sequel Buzz: See New ‘Mission: Impossible 6’ and ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’ Photos

Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation

Tom Cruise’s globetrotting spy movie Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation (above) was shot on location in Malaysia, Austria, Morocco and the United Kingdom. The sixth installment in the series has already filmed extensively in Paris, as evidenced by photos shared by director Christopher McQuarrie back in April, featuring Cruise and Henry Cavill.

McQuarrie also shared the first photo of Angela Bassett on the set in May.

Now the untitled movie has concluded filming in New Zealand. To celebrate the occasion, Tom Cruise shared a photo of himself with Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson and Ving Rhames.

Thank you to the amazing people of New Zealand! I’ve had a great time filming the next Mission: Impossible here.

Mission: Impossible 6 next moves to London for additional filming. It’s scheduled for release on July 27, 2018.

Meanwhile, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom concluded filming over the weekend. Just before that happened, producer Frank Marshall shared a photo revealing a big stack of animatronic dinosaurs.

Last group of animatronic dinos ready for the final day of shooting, congrats to all on wrapping FALLEN KINGDOM!

We have no idea how those dinosaurs will be used in the movie, of course, but we trust they will look much more dangerous when we see them on the big screen! In a similar spirit, director J.A. Bayona shared an image revealing star Chris Pratt in motion.

This is a wrap for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom! What a journey! Thank you to everyone that made it possible.

Again, we trust that these social media posts reflect the joy of completing production successfully and are not reflective of the sequel’s general tone, which we anticipate will be quite tense and suspenseful, closer to the look of a photo shared by writer and producer Colin Trevorrow.

Congratulations @FilmBayona, cast and crew.

Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jeff Goldblum, B.D. Wong, James Cromwell, Toby Jones and Rafe Spall star. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will stomp into theaters on June 22, 2018.
