Movie News: Teen Dumbledore Sought for ‘Fantastic Beasts 2’; Watch Tom Cruise Introduce ‘The Mummy’ Sneak Peek

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Sequel: Jude Law will be portraying a younger version of Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore in the sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, as we heard in April, but now comes word that open casting calls have gone out for actors between 16 and 18 to play teenage versions of Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald, his friend and later a dangerous foe, as well as Newt Scamander (played by Eddie Redmayne as an adult) and others. Eva Longoria / Kerry Washington

24-7: Eva Longoria (above left) and Kerry Washington (above right) will star in and produce 24-7. It’s based on a pitch by Sarah Rothschild that’s described as a workplace comedy. Longoria was most recently seen in the drama Lowriders and Washington continues to star in TV’s Scandal. [Deadline]

Coco: We already heard that newcomer Anthony Gonzales would be voicing the lead role in Pixar’s Coco as a young musician who is inspired by his favorite musician (Benjamin Bratt) as he ventures into the Land of the Dead. Now the rest of the voice cast has been announced, including Gael Garcia Bernal, Edward James Olmos and Cheech Marin.
