“The utilization of OLED technology in commercial applications including cell phones, tablets, computers, televisions and lighting is accelerating with full scale adoption highly dependent on cost reduction and lifetime improvements” noted Molaire. “Robust and efficient manufacturing processes are required, along with high quality, low cost OLED materials. Molecular Glasses, Inc. is focused on the development of those high quality and robust materials and enabling the associated manufacturing process improvements,” continued Molaire. “Molecular Glasses, Inc. is using quality engineering principles throughout our development cycle. We will be sharing our approach with the 2017 LOPEC audience.”

About Molecular Glasses, Inc.

Molecular Glasses, Inc. is a supplier of patent pending materials to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLED) for use in displays (cell phones and tablets for example) and lighting. These materials will enable OEMs to produce OLEDs with longer life, higher light output, lower power consumption, and reduced manufacturing costs. This new class of materials is fully compatible with both the current thermal/vacuum deposition manufacturing processes and the emerging printing manufacturing processes (ink-jet, roll-to-roll, etc.). Molecular Glasses will derive revenue both from the licensing of patents and the sale of materials. www.molecularglasses.com
