CANADA STOCKS-TSX little changed as financials offset energy

TORONTO, July 13 (Reuters) – Canada’s main stock index was
little changed shortly after the open on Thursday, as modest
gains in financial stocks offset a dip in energy shares.

The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index
rose 7.71 points, or 0.05 percent, to 15,151.70.

Seven of the index’s 10 main groups were in positive
territory.
