CANADA STOCKS-Futures flat even as oil steadies

July 18 (Reuters) – Canadian stock futures were little
changed on Tuesday even as oil prices steadied on expectations
of firm demand matching ample supply.

September futures on the S&P TSX index were up 0.02
percent at 7:15 a.m. ET.

Canada’s main stock index edged lower on Monday as data
showing a slowdown in the housing market weighed on the outlook
for financials, offsetting gains for the materials group as
metal prices climbed.

Dow Jones Industrial Average e-mini futures were up
0.03 percent at 7:15 a.m. ET, while S&P 500 e-mini futures
were down 0.03 percent and Nasdaq 100 e-mini futures
were down 0.02 percent.
